Claims

Claims related to the accuracy, defects, or damage of your order must be reported within 10 business days from the delivery date. Our team will review your case and provide a response within 10 business days of receiving your claim. Claims will not be accepted if the error is in the proof, and the proof was approved before production.

Order Returns

Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.

Shipping and Import Charges

All shipping and import charges are covered in your invoice. If there are additional charges before receiving your order, contact us at info@houllastudio.com for resolution. If you’ve paid extra charges upon receiving your order, provide your invoice and proof of payment to info@houllastudio.com for a refund.

Wrong Address

If an insufficient address is provided (e.g., missing apartment number), you are responsible for the associated address change or reshipping costs.

Lost Packages

For packages lost in transit, submit claims within 3 weeks of the estimated delivery date. While our team will assist in locating your package, claims for lost packages should be directed to the carrier, not Unique Wool.

Unclaimed Packages

Unclaimed shipments are returned to our facilities, and you are responsible for reshipping costs.

Extra Pieces

Occasionally, we produce extra pieces for quality control and marketing purposes. Any extra pieces received are complimentary and will not incur charges.
